The Valley Forum is also an interesting route for athletes throughout the year. In every season we are invaded by platoons of cyclists (see Di Luca also important ...) which run through our valley as it is an interesting track from the point of view of the difficulties and differences of the path. During the summer hotels of the coast (as Punta de l'Est) or farm (Villa delle Rondini, The Capezzagna) organize excursions by bike or mountain bike from sea to the mountains, perhaps taking small steps along the rest of the Valley. Too bad the bike path planned for some time along the river court has not yet been created, except for the section of Pretoro, at the risk of some unfortunate cyclists.
