extraordinary shareholders' meeting

On 21 March last was held on the announced Special Meeting of Shareholders.

The presence of about 50 members (a record considering the adverse weather conditions as well as the very poor attendance at this time, our village),

the composure and the civic spirit demonstrated at the meeting and comfort us We strongly encourage continuing activity up to this point to achieve the objectives of the Committee.

This, of course, is not attributable to the skill of the directors but to the outrage and the saturation of all limits of endurance of the inhabitants of the Acquacalda comparisons of the many shortcomings of the institutions.

Briefly highlight the main points under discussion:

1. unanimously reiterates its full support to the President and the Executive but considered necessary to engage external technical and legal, for a more effective against the Authority . In a forthcoming meeting will be chosen from the names of professionals (a lawyer and an engineer) given by the shareholders.
2. total solidarity with the President, subject to legal action for libel by dell'Italpomice spa; approval of the proposal of the President not to take at the moment any action in respect of the plaintiff (31 votes - five votes for an immediate counter-complaint - 9 abstentions).
3. unanimously approved the proposal of the Vice-President and Treasurer, Silvia Butte, to open a free and voluntary subscription by all shareholders in order to revitalize the lack of social finance, put to the test of posting from the future Note posters (an initiative by all fully appreciated) and the significant costs incurred thus far post.
4. is approved by 33 votes in favor and 12 abstentions the proposal to initiate the procedures of the Committee for possible inclusion in the Register of Free Associations.
5. is approved by 36 votes 9 abstentions in favor and the proposed increase in the near future the number of members of the Executive taking it from 7 to 9 members, relying on 121 currently enrolled.

The Board advocates a more active involvement of all members whose suggestions, advice, opinion, will be kept always in attention and which may also be sent by e-mail to casta08@alice.it .
